Order place Nov 16th, received “shipping” notification Nov 24th. It has not moved since. I have tried to email multiple times, receive non deliverable message every time. Tried chatting on the website, only told me to email the same email the doesn’t work. Horrible customer service or a scam company….order at your own risk.
